General Terms and Conditions

1. The award is open to companies registered in India.
2. Only one application per company is allowed.
3. The innovation should be commercialized in the specified year.
4. CII reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.
5. The decision of the jury will be final and binding.
6. Application fee is non-refundable.
7. All documents submitted must be authentic and verified.
8. Companies must be willing to provide additional information if required.
9. Winners agree to participate in publicity activities.
10. CII shall not be responsible for any dispute arising out of the award process.
